Return policy

The option to change the part will only be evaluated for damage in transport and / or due to errors in sizes of parts that have not been used within a period of five business days from the receipt of the product at the indicated shipping address.

Please email info@peraltaclothing.com with the details ( Transport or Size issues ) to evaluate the option to exchange your ítem.

In the event that there is a defect in the product caused during transport, the option to exchange the part will be evaluated and a refund will never be made. In this case the transportation costs will be borne by the seller.

In the event that a size error occurs in the mask due to the customer’s error, the order will be checked with the size chosen by the customer and the size sent, once the information has been verified, the option to change the size will be evaluated as long as the product has not been used.

Transportation costs will always be borne by the buyer. Due to the uniqueness of the product, the use of the same material is not guaranteed in the substitution (Exchange will only be accepted if part is unworn) since the editions are limited and the material may be out of stock.

Once the face mask package is opened, it is not returnable, exchangeable or refundable due to hygienic and to health protection reasons. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you’re not, let us know at info@peraltaclothing.com and we’ll make it right.
